What is the return policy?

Returns & Shipping
Returns & Refunds
We accept returned items within 30 days of delivery for an exchange or full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect, defective or damaged item).
Shipping, Payment & Warranty
Shipping: Orders ship FOB our Burlington, Ontario facility, with free shipping on all orders within Canada and the USA.
Payment: Prices are listed in CAD and USD; payment is due in advance unless otherwise agreed.
Warranty: Filter elements carry a 90-day warranty from the date of delivery, provided they are installed and used in accordance with the product instructions. The warranty covers the part only; labour and related costs are not included.
